pk3hist.txt - a text file of the version history of the PK-3 keyer chip

The version number of the PK-3 is written on the bottom of the chip.

  22		01/20/2000	Fixed obscure hang problem in previous
				versions - hang occurs when the user
				kills a message playback during the time
				an embedded callsign is being played
				and then tries sending a mem+dah CQ
				message immediately afterwards - the 
				keyer will hang after the first send 
				of the callsign.
