Voltage and resistance readings from
a functional Son of Zerobeat kit.

Here are some fairly coarse voltage readings for
the PIC and op amp pins with my VOM:

Here's some more data for the 
Son of Zerobeat.  I removed the power
and took the two ICs fron their sockets.
Then connected my VOM ground to the
Son of Zerboeat ground and measured
the resistance on the PIC and op amp
socket pins.  readings are in kohms
and again, are approximate.  
"high" just means higher than 1 megohm
